We are based out of Calgary, AB, but we are excited to offer remote opportunities for qualified individuals. We are currently seeking a Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team.
This is a 100% commission-based position offering complete remote flexibility and an opportunity for substantial earnings. We provide comprehensive sales training to ensure our representatives are well-equipped for success.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the recruitment space
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service
  • Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Prior experience in the recruitment industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ambitious
  • Comfortable working in a commission-based role

This role is perfect for someone looking to build a large portfolio of customers that can create residual, long-term income through commission. It's a new role within our growing startup, offering significant potential for growth and advancement.
Commission is paid at the time of invoice payment by the customer. The average commissions we have seen internally is $60,000 – $80,000 per year, but there is no ceiling on potential earnings – it's all dependent on your effort and success rate.
